Chewy's situation came to our attention based on a website message from owner's father. TART arranged for Chewy's release to a groomer in Winnsboro, Texas and a vet wellness exam. He was then transported to Abbott Animal Clinic in Houston to be surrendered to K9 Angels Rescue.
